Meet the chef

The Coach and Horses is proud to welcome chef Adrian Booth to the team.

Adrian was previously head chef at Ravenwood Hall Country Hotel and Restaurant in Bury St. Edmunds, after having moved there from Nicol Farhi's 202 restaurant in London. His mentor was Mark Broadbent who is now executive chef at The Bluebird, also in London.

More recently, Adrian took part in the production of the December 2007 issue of Suffolk magazine, preparing dishes to be photographed for the "Tastes of Christmas" feature.
